love the concept! the classes here are packed with machines and free weights which you don’t see in other gyms. coaches are also very informative and helpful. lots of detailed explanations given plus guidance during the workout. equipment is new and there’s also water dispensers, toilets and showers available. strobe lights and music also make it feel different from a regular gyms. vibes are great! just a short walk from serangoon gardens. would recommend!
